We offer in-person group classes to support your mindfulness meditation practice and restore your wellbeing. We also offer personalised one-to-one or group classes for both private and commercial customers. Our classes are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Story

Who we are

We specialise in mindfulness meditation. Our objective is to help everyone to flow towards wellbeing and closer to the things that nurture us.

​

Breathe is a woman led independent company of two. We are committed and passionate about making the world a fairer and kinder place. Our facilitator is Jodie who is passionate about meditation, movement and inclusion.

​

Jodie has been practicing various forms of meditation practices including mindfulness, yoga, martial arts and Qigong for over 15 years. Jodie is a Level 2 Mindfulness Teacher and has recently completed her Level 3 Mindfulness Insight Training.
